Leadership and Team Development

Our leadership programs aim to provide you with the best possible learning experience by giving you the opportunity to participate and experiment with the concepts of leadership and teamwork. Interactive and thought provoking sessions are the key to our leadership programs. Through initial identification of your team's vision, mission, goals and values, critical aspects of management are addressed over a period of time suitable to your organisation and in a variety of settings.

At TST we have a simple approach:

We work with your teams and individuals to determine the issues that are stopping them being the best they can be. We work with them to educate, inform and up-skill around identified issues.

Your teams typically pick two or three issues around which to develop an action plan and we vigorously implement.


Most importantly, our approach does not end with implementation. We follow up your program to ensure that workplace change actually occurs.

 

Short Course Programs

TST provides one and two day programs that develop both leadership and teamwork.These programs are developed in close consultation with the client addressing such issues as:

  • Leadership styles
  • How to build great teams
  • How teams develop
  • Defining team roles
  • Understanding your own and others behaviour.

The programs typically involve a high experiential component where we design activities to reinforce and make real all of the concepts taught. All programs are accompanied by a workplace action plan. Long Course Programs

TST provides long course programs in both leadership and team development. These programs are structured to ensure maximum workplace learning and include:

  • Pre-workshop work 
  • A series of face-to-face workshops
  • Workplace projects between workshops
  • E-learning and chat facilities
  • One-on-one coaching.

Content varies according to the client however workshop topics typically include:

  • Advanced leadership
  • Building a team
  • Managing performance 
  • Handling conflict
  • Recruiting top staff.
