Team Solutions Safety Training is a division of TST designed to focus on the delivery of high quality safety programs. These programs derive from many years of experience in delivering safety programs all around the world.

 

We boast a team of safety specialists with experience working for major Australian and overseas corporations at the private, public and regulatory levels including WorkCover, Halliburton, Chevron, ExxonMobil, ESSO Australia, Nabors Drilling and Flinders Power.

Safety Audit and Review Services

 

External audits and reviews provide an organisation with independent third party assessment of its OH&S Management Systems against established standards. TST auditing and reviewing services are designed to complement organisational needs.

Compliance audits for legal requirements or other relevant standards are conducted in accordance with AS/NZS 4801 and/or ISO 9001 and/or other standards as required.

TST provides external, independent audits/reviews such as:

• Plant and Facility Audits and Inspections

• OH&S Legislative Compliance Auditing (State or Commonwealth) 

• OH&S Prequalification Audits 

• AS 4801 / 4804 OH&S Management Systems Audits

'Working to Zero' Safety Resilience Program

 

Safety Resilience (definition) - "the capacity of individuals, teams and organisations exposed to significant risk, to respond, in order to reach and maintain an acceptable safety culture of working to zero".

Like you, at Team Solutions Training we don't want people to get hurt at work! That is why we have developed our 'Working to Zero' safety resilience program. Developed for managers, teams and individuals, the program is entirely focused on addressing those issues at the workplace that are causing injuries and accidents.

Typically this will include:

• Understanding how individual and team behaviour directly affects safety

• Developing clarity around the safety requirements relating to their jobs 

• Measuring safety processes against standards 

• Planning for safety as a team or individual 

• Engaging in safety issues and making suggestions for improvements 

• Understanding how to use safety tools and techniques.

Outcome and Program

 

Each team participating in the program will develop a safety improvement program for their area that will lead to individual and team based safety resilience.

Management program (2 days) plus follow-up.
