KYM STEER Managing Director

Kym is the Managing Director and founder of Team Solutions Training with an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and experience in senior roles within the public and private sectors. Kym brings to the company significant experience in Line Management and an outstanding track record in education and training and development.

 

ALLAN BROOKS Training Director

Allan is the Training Director for TST with responsibility for all of the companie's quality processes and the introduction of the Registered Training Organisation. In addition to this, Allan is an outstanding facilitator who has experience in the education and insurance sectors.

 

DAVID CUNNINGHAM Safety Director

David is Team Solution's Director of Safety. David brings to the company significant experience in human resources, training and safety. His work includes having overall responsibility for safety in major corporations as well as facilitating safety programs and delivering safety systems to companies all over the world. 

 

JOHN SANDS  Senior Consultant

John Sands is one of South Australia’s leading Human Resource practitioners having significant experience in delivering HR solutions within the companies where he has been employed and in independent consultancy work. He specialises in the development of organisational Human Resource systems and, more importantly, is a leading player in implementing them in organisations. His current position is the Manager of Organisational Development, ETSA Utilities. John currently leads the strategic planning efforts at the TIO Territory Insurance Office based in Darwin where he works directly with their senior executive.

 

DENNIS HOIBERG  Senior Consultant

Dennis is based in Victoria and is an experienced consultant to major corporations throughout Australia. He specialises in organisational development and HR interventions. Dennis has a pragmatic and practical style. Dennis also provides specialist expertise in the provision of stress management programs to large organisations.

  

MARK BROWN Senior Consultant

Mark has significant international and Australian experience in the design and delivery of Human Resource interventions and leadership programs, with an emphasis in safety. After a number of years in North America, Mark has now returned to Australia to develop the safety component of the business.

 

MARK BOOTH Senior Consultant

Mark Booth is an extremely experienced consultant with significant expertise in the areas of law and council operations. 

 

MARK EDGLEY Senior Consultant

Mark has recently returned from the United States where he played a key role in business development for the Australian Embassy in Los Angeles. Mark has an MBA and significant expertise in the development and conduct of leading edge leadership and team development programs.
